The MySQL server that holds all the juicy goodness delivered to you by the web server apparently went asleep for a bit—as it's been happening routinely for no apparent reason lately.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Everything is back to normal—I suppose someone at my hosting provider's center went down in the basement and kicked the darn machine until it rebooted.

Well, at least that's how I deal with multi-recidivist IT beige boxes.

Ah yes, just like cop killer Mumia Abu Jamal long before him.

However, seeing that he's only the Dalai Lama, he doesn't get a street named after him until he starts shooting down at least one (1) American, like France's genuine freedom fighter role model, the Mumia.

Oh well. That's Paris Champaign Socialists for you: it's one thing to posture about Human Rights, and quite another to be serious about it.

Cela dit, considérant qu'il n'est que le Dalai Lama, il n'aura pas de rue à son nom avant d'avoir assassiné au moins un (1) Américain, comme le modèle Français du véritable combattant de la liberté, le Mumia.

Bon. C'est la gauche caviar parisienne tout craché ça : c'est une chose de prendre des poses sur les Droits de l'Homme, et s'en est une autre que d'être réellement sérieux à ce sujet.
