DISCLAIMER: in my experience, the following doesn't apply to 99% of my readership. Unfortunately, experience also shows it has to be written down for the remaining 1%.
The short version, when it comes to my comments policy, goes down to a line taken from the (mediocre) second opus of the Matrix:
"I built this place. Down here, I make the rules."
Let's elaborate a bit:
AVERTISSEMENT : selon mon expérience, ce qui suit ne s'applique pas à 99% de mes lecteurs. Malheureusement, l'expérience prouve aussi qu'il faut que cela soit écrit pour le pourcentage restant.
La version courte, concernant ma politique pour les commentaires, se résume à une ligne tirée du second (médiocre) volet de Matrix:
"J'ai construit cet endroit. Ici, je fais les lois."
Élaborons un brin :
If you need further help with the site, you may want to check the Field Manual. Ultimately, you can also drop me a line. I usually don't answer jellyfish and buttermonkey(1) hybrids however.

Dude ! You, like, read the French side of the post? T’vois is one knarlie looking word, dude. Bet you won’t remember that tongue twister when the ski patrol catches you out of bounds, and clips your snowboard. You’ll be lucky to rattle out a, “D-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-u-d-e ! It’s fr -fr-fr-fr-fr-fre-e-ezing out h-h-h-here !” I know your thinking “no way, dude , I don’t even board. ” But you’ll remember me when it happens. Then you will be, like, “Dude, what was that tongue twister word the Frogdude said meant ‘dude’? ,,, TiVo? ”

Quebec and France are so much alike. Here “Syndicalist” is synonymous with “Terrorist” too. They declared war on us working citizens yesterday Dec 11th (they like the symbolism of the 11th). http://www2.sympatico.ca/nouvelles/nationales/N121148AU.html

Joe I would rather that the Dutch government and my own (U.S.) quit arresting people for any amount of nose candy stuffed in whatever orifice and started arresting people for, you know, actual crimes, like trespassing in large groups to disrupt universities and businesses, or stealing etc. Similar, although less frequent, rioting in my hometown Seattle has killed one person and done all kinds of property damage. And after the first WTO riots back in 99 the way those shits were given control of the city so they could smash storefronts while the cops just watched gave them a totally undeserved sense of their worthless carcasses being of some consequence to the real world. I wish all of them would stuff bags of cocaine up their asses and then sell it. Then at least, they would be working.
