I've just been crushed by the powerful-big-banks-investment-funds-transnational-groups-and-other-owners-of-big-capital complex, so I guess I should give up with this so called hellish "neoliberalism" thingy and join ATTAC at once, since I'm being a much oppressed, repressed and alienated proletariat here.

The use of a copyrighted name, image, logo such as that of Che G &ickey Mouse can constitute both copyright and trademark infringement.
Dang! I didn't know that Che G was copyrighted. I swear.
Darn vicious avaricious powerful big banks, investment funds, transnational groups and other owners of big capital. They have no respect.
Anyway, I made this one by myself and consequently, the DVGPBBIFTGAOOBC can go F themselves and secondarily get a shorter acronym because neoliberalism kills and eats the little children, because ATTAC says so and therefore I don't see why I should pay the piper and stop selling my tees.
As for Mickey Mouse, I told my contact at Cafe Press, one cordial Abdul Popal who sounds genuinely willing to treat that issue with fairness on both side, that I don't see where and when exactly Disney's sympathetic anthropomorphous character was involved.
I swear.
My
advocacy point is that, beside the catch line "El Che Gets the mickey (taken)"...

L'utilisation d'un nom, image, logo sous copyright tels ceux de Che G &ickey Mouse peut constituer un infraction à la fois au copyright et aux marques déposées.

Damnés puissants gros groupes bancaires, fonds d'investissements, multinationales et autres possédants du gros capital vicieux et avaricieux. Ils ne respectent rien.
Quoi qu'il en soit, c'est moi même tout seul qui ai fait celui là. Conséquemment, les DPGGBFIMAPGCVA peuvent aller se FF et accessoirement se trouver un acronyme plus court car le néolibéralisme tue et mange les petits enfants ainsi qu'ATTAC l'a dit et donc je ne vois pas pourquoi je devrai payer les pots cassés et cesser de vendre mes t-shirts.
En ce qui concerne Mickey Mouse, j'ai signalé à mon contact chez Cafe Press, le cordial et apparemment sincèrement décidé à traiter équitablement cette question, Abdul Popal, que je ne voyais absolument pas quand et comment le sympathique personnage anthropomorphe de Disney était impliqué.
