America, America, hast thou forgotten thine finest thinkers?
"Give no bounties, make equal laws, secure life and property, and you need not give alms. Open the doors of opportunity to talent and virtue and they do themselves justice, and property will not be in bad hands. In a free and just commonwealth, property rushes from the idle and imbecile to the industrious, brave and persevering." — Ralph Waldo Emerson, quoted in Paul Johnson's Intellectuals (p. 142).
Meanwhile, the White House Obamination is pulling all the strings to drag the USA down to the level of France, and

Thanks for wrecking the place before I have any chance to get there Barry.
Make no mistake though, and take it from this Frenchman: the real cost of socialized health-care is a spiraling free fall to misery — which, incidentally, includes
lower health-care standards — for it is a decisive
point of no return down the road to Socialist serfdom. Once they get this far-reaching wealth-killing device in place, the rest of society falls with few hope to recover, if any: businesses and jobs, freedom and ethics, everything goes down the drain.
Et merde! Have you learned anything from the failure that is Europe?
