| I wish to bid a cordial welcome to the people coming from Samizdata, one of the sites in the anglosphere that really makes you bitterly regret Philip VI, the salic king's illicit appropriation of the throne of France and the spoliation of Edward III's legitimate rights. Comparing the destiny of our two nations, I can't help but thinking that everything went down the drain for France after that: a mentally ill or just retarded lineage of kings, the Terror, Napoleon, Pétain, Chirac. Jean-Paul Sartre, Emmanuel Todt, José Bové... And who knows what? Mullah Omar? F' me. A darn tragedy, I tell you. Je souhaite cordialement la bienvenue aux visiteurs arrivant de Samizdata l'un des sites de l'anglosphère à même de vous faire regretter amèrement l'appropriation illicite du trône de France par Philippe VI le roi salique et la spoliation des droits légitimes d'Edouard III. Si l'on compare la destinée de nos deux nations, je ne peux m'empêcher de penser que tout à foiré irrémédiablement pour la France après ça : une ligné de monarques malades mentaux ou attardés, la Terreur, Napoléon, Pétain, Chirac.
