It is masterpiece.
It hurts. I looked for the names of people I knew had acted heroically: Rescorla, Ganci and then I began reading the names of the others. It hurst

Je voudrais exprimer mon emotion profonde envers les familles de ceux qui ne sont plus parmi nous ...........
Envers tous les americains qui ont eu un jour a souffrir de cette grande injustice............
J'ai aussi une pensée pour ceux qui se battent et qui sont loin de chez eux.......................
